Rosemary Tuscan Blue Essential Oil.
Rosemary, is a shrub with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves and white, pink, purple, or blue flowers, native to the Mediterranean region.[3] Until 2017, it was known by the scientific name Rosmarinus officinalis, now a synonym. The vast majority of Rosemary essential oil is produced by steam distillation. Steam distillation is the most commonly used process for extracting essential oils. The steam distillation process is carried out in a still in which fresh or sometimes dried plant material is placed in a chamber of the still.
Rosemary is very useful in terms of hair care, skin care, mouth care, mental wellbeing and helps with some medical ailments. Rosemary oil has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties you can benefit from by massaging the oil on the affected area. Mix 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil with 5 drops of rosemary oil to create an effective salve. Use it for headaches, sprains, muscle soreness or pain, rheumatism or arthritis.
