Delivery by courier
We use The Courier Guy for all our standard local shipping. Orders will be packed and sealed properly for collection by courier. The parcel will include your products and the invoice that goes with your purchase.
On collection the courier scans the shipping slip to register the parcel on there system. You will receive an e-mail from us that your parcel has been collected by the courier and supply you with a tracking code. Track your parcel online with the link below. Tracking of parcels is not our responsibility but we are more than willing to help where we are able to. You will receive a one-time-pin (o.t.p) that the courier needs to verify that the parcel is delivered to the correct person or his/her appointed person to receive the parcel. Please check the parcel content against your invoice for correctness within 30min off delivery. This is to ensure correctness and to check for damages, if any.
Although we take great care to pack the correct items in your parcel, mistakes could happen. If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please call us within 2 hours. No claims can be accepted after this period. If after investigating the error, we find we are at fault, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.

Collection by yourself or by courier
You are more than welcome to collect your purchased products from our premises. Please contact us before collection, just to arrange an appointment for collection. Should you wish to send your own courier, there also has to be an appointment.
In stock Items
These items delivery time is 2 to 5 work days and by such it excludes Saturday’s and Sunday’s. These items is to be delivered during work days (Monday to Friday) between 08h00 and 17h00 as standard unless other arrangements was made with the courier itself which can incur extra delivery cost to you. These items will be ready for collection for the courier within 12hours of payment cleared. Please note that when paying with E.F.T the fund needs to clear before we pack your parcel. Also note that the delivery period only start after funds has cleared or show on our bank, unless paid by credit card through Payfast.
These items delivery time is 4 to 10 work days and by such it excludes Saturday’s and Sunday’s. These items is not kept in stock with us, but is in stock with our suppliers within South African. Hence the longer delivery period. These items is also to be delivered during work days (Monday to Friday) between 08h00 and 17h00 as standard unless other arrangements was made with the courier itself which can incur extra delivery cost to you. Your order is safe with us. In an unforeseen situation where we did not receive the backordered item(s) within 6 working day’s to our store you will be notified. This is where you will have the choice, to either be refunded for this specific item(s) and send what is already packed, or to accept that the delivery deadline for the package might not be adhere too.
Mixing of in stock and Backorders Items
Please take note that when you buy items on backorder with items that is in stock, the delivery of those items will fall back to 5-10 working days for delivery as it is seen as a single delivery. The order will not be split automatically in 2 separate deliveries with different schedules. To avoid this, two separate transactions should be done unless you accept the late new schedule delivery time for this in stock items.
