Tea Tree Essential Oil Conventional, also known as Melaleuca oil. Botanical name: Melaleuca alternifolia. The Essential Oil with a fresh camphoraceous odor and a colour that ranges from pale yellow to nearly colorless and clear. Deriving from the leaves of the tea tree that is native to Southeast Queensland and the northeast coast of New South Wales, Australia. The tea tree grows on the swampy southeast coast of Australia.

Extraction

Tea Tree Essential Oil is extracted with Steam Distillation proses. Warming to boil, water-soaked Tea Tree leaves. After vapour cooled in a condenser, turning it back into liquid, which is collected in a separator to separate the essential oil from the floral water (hydrosol).

Uses
