We currently deliver to all the provinces withinSouth Africa.


Delivery Timeframes

Economy Shipping: 3-5 Business Days.

Local Flyer and Parcel: 1-3 Business Days. Payment have to been verified by 12h00 to get the parcel from as early as the next day.

Over Night Shipping: 1-3 Business Days. Payment have to been verified by 13h00 to get the parcel from as early as the next day.

Local Same Day Flyer/Parcel: Same Day. Payment have to been verified by 09h00 to get the parcel the same day.

PUDO Locker to Locker: 3-5 Business Days.

Delivery times may vary based on you location and selected shipping method.


Order Processing

We process orders during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Orders of which all items are in stock typically gets processed within an hour after payment confirmation email has been received. We do allow another hour to allow for cancellation grace period before shipping waybill is booked. The package normally gets collected shortly after. Package is dispatched from offices in Pretoria, Gauteng.


Shipping Costs

The Courier Guy shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery method selected
  • Parcel size and weight
  • Delivery location

PUDO Locker to Locker

PUDO Locker to Locker has a standard fee of R100 for small packages

We may offer promotional or free shipping from time to time. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

We make use of The Courier Guy to deliver orders reliably throughout South Africa. Please read there Terms and Conditions in conjunction with our Shipping Policy

 We also make use of the PUDO Locker to Locker system and is operated by The Courier Guy throughout South Africa. Please read there Terms and Conditions in conjunction with our Shipping Policy.


Delivery Methods

Door-to-Door Delivery

  • Delivered to the physical address provided at checkout.
  • Pending on your selected method and your location estimated delivery time vary from Sameday–5 business days.
  • Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.

PUDO Locker to Locker

For added convenience, customers may choose delivery via a PUDO locker.

Parcels must be collected within the time period specified by PUDO. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us.

You enter a locker location during checkout.

Once the parcel arrives at your specified location, you receive an SMS with a secure collection PIN.

Lockers are accessible 24/7.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You may track your parcel via The Courier Guy’s tracking platform.
  • PUDO customers will also receive SMS notifications with locker and collection details.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High parcel volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Accordingly, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details at checkout. We are not liable for delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.


Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • No one available to receive the parcel
  • Failure to collect a PUDO locker parcel within the allowed timeframe

The parcel will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-delivery fees may apply, or
  • We may issue a refund after deducting the original shipping and return costs, in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

  • We take care to package products securely. However, when your order arrives.
  • Inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt for correctness, missing or damage items.
  • Finding any of above to be true you need to report the issue within 24 hours of receipt of your package to johan@onlinehealthshop.co.za.
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of damage or errors.
  • We will resolve all valid claims in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We transfer ownership of the goods to you only once we have received and cleared full payment .


POPIA Compliant Courier Data Sharing

To fulfil your order,iggerment to meet delivery obligations, OnlineHealthShop.co.za must share limited personal information with our courier partners, including The Courier Guy and the PUDO Locker system.
